The FBAA’s ARTEMIS SPACE launches disruptive new initiative to reframe culture & foster empowerment

The FBAA today announces the launch of a new industry initiative to promote a paradigm shift by reframing
culture and fostering empowerment via a thought-provoking Ignite Your Mojo webinar series in collaboration
with Sascha Moore.

“A core focus for the FBAA is to support industry at all levels. This initiative further extends our advocation to
wellness and growth through the Artemis Space. The webinar series will focus on reframing ‘default’
responses, as well as support greater accountability by empowering people with the tools to challenge
counterproductive perceptions, as well as have more constructive conversations,” said Mr. Peter White AM.
Managing Director, FBAA.

“Lacking confidence is often a core reason for ‘head noise,’ which, in turn, can inhibit our potential. Our aim is
to boost confidence by helping participants to ignite, or reignite, their ‘Mojo’ - specifically in the workforce. This
will be achieved by tackling counterproductive perceptions, reframing negative self-talk, and providing insights
and alternatives for challenging situations,” said Ms. Sascha Moore, Director, Create Design & Marketing.

The inaugural webinar, Being Driven to Fail, will explore why people are risk-averse, including cultural and
environmental contributors, then focus on reframing risk versus failure and explore how to be more confident
about embracing risk. “Being driven to fail probably sounds counter-intuitive, but I adamantly feel that we need
to reframe our thinking about embracing versus avoiding risk in order to evolve and succeed,” Ms. Moore
added.

Each session will feature a guest interview. Ms. Joanna James, the Chief Development Officer and head of the
Artemis Form for the FBAA, will be the first guest in the ‘hot seat'

“This initiative directly aligns with the Groups’ Artemis Space, which focuses on education, advocacy, and
awareness, with the goal of supporting engagement and personal and professional development. I’m greatly
looking forward to this series and hope that insights into our experiences may give an alternative perspective,
which, in turn, may provide a different lens for considering participants' own challenges,” commented Ms.
James.

The Ignite Your Mojo series is open to anyone and free of charge. Register here for the one-hour Being Driven
to Fail event at 12 p.m. AEST on August 19, 2024.
