Macquarie have invested even more into their Broker Portal, and you can now offer direct access for your support staff to the Macquarie Broker Portal. This means that support staff can continue to do the important work that they do to support you and your clients through the home loan journey, while you focus on growing your business.

You can nominate your support staff through the Macquarie Broker Portal, which is quick and easy. By giving support staff access, they’ll be able to:

  • Track the status of in-flight applications 
  • View the loan information for existing clients such as the loan structure and repayment details
  • Respond to client enquires and monitor the progress of clients’ applications in a timely manner.
