Solomons Capital Names Steven Galdona as Director of Credit & Operations

Solomons Capital has appointed Steven Galdona as its new Director of Credit &
Operations, where he will oversee the company’s credit risk strategy, lending
operations, and compliance structures. Galdona brings over 20 years of experience
in credit management and lending operations, having held senior roles at notable
institutions such as funding.com.au, MOVE Bank, and Bank of Queensland. His
experience spans across both Australian and international markets, particularly in
Asia.

At Solomons Capital, Galdona will focus on connecting private investment capital
with finance clients, offering tailored solutions for those needing quick access to
funds—especially in situations where traditional banks cannot provide financing. The
company is focusing on non-code loans, with Galdona citing a cautious approach to
construction lending given current market risks.
