Mortgage Ezy appoints new Head of Credit

Mortgage Ezy is excited to announce the newly appointed Head of Credit Mick Conyngham, who has made the transformation from 18 years in Sales with the company to leading the Credit team.

Mick brings over 37 years of experience in both Bank and Non-Bank lending where he has held key management positions with some of Australia’s best-known institutions, including State Bank of NSW, FAI Home Loans and Financial Directions before working as the CEO for Professional Mortgage Providers (PMP) a leading Mortgage Manager that specialised in providing mortgage solutions for Financial Planners and Accountants across the country.

In March 2005 Mick joined Mortgage Ezy, and since that time he has been instrumental in all areas of the business with his comprehensive understanding of Credit, Sales & Operations. Mick’s ability to provide solutions across a multitude of Platforms and various Products has always driven the growth in the sales force and his in-depth understanding of Broker’s needs, means he is well-equipped to be the perfect bridge between Sales and Credit.

Mick has already made a huge impact on the credit floor and Mortgage Ezy has recently been recognised for its credit policies and products with drastic improvements in speed and service, winning Gold in this year's MPA Best Credit Policy Award and most recently winning the 2022 Best SMSF Lender by Momentum Media.
