Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) announces 2025 State Excellence Awards finalists
The Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) is proud to announce the finalists for the 2025 MFAA State Excellence Awards, recognising outstanding achievement and professionalism in the mortgage and finance broking industry.
Celebrating excellence across five state-based events – South Australia & Northern Territory; New South Wales & Australian Capital Territory; Western Australia; Victoria & Tasmania; and Queensland – as well as our prestigious National Awards, the MFAA Excellence Awards set the benchmark for industry success.
MFAA CEO Anja Pannek said the awards continue to showcase the dedication, expertise, and innovation within the industry.
“These awards highlight the outstanding contributions of our members, who are committed to delivering exceptional service and financial outcomes for Australians,” Ms Pannek said.
“Our finalists represent the best in the industry, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and innovation.”
The finalists for the 2025 MFAA State Excellence Awards have been selected across a range of categories, including residential and commercial brokers, community champions and young professionals, loan administrators, broker businesses, customer service representatives, and business leaders. Finalists have also been selected across five lender categories.
Each finalist has been chosen based on their commitment to industry best practices, customer service excellence, and overall business performance.
Award entries are evaluated by an independent panel of expert judges, with the results audited by Hall Chadwick to ensure fairness and transparency.
