F&C Lender Traffic Light

Lender SLAs have been less than impressive, given we live in an age of monumental tech advancements, why are some lenders having SLAs blown out?

The idea for the traffic light is so that you can better manage your client's expectations. 

A Google Sheet is there if you want to access it, but the sheet will be updated weekly (at a bare minimum). As with everything, please use the information contained in it as a guide and check with the lender themselves prior to submission in case SLAs have changed.
